What do I need to access the service?
You will need to have a Router for you to be able to connect to the internet

As a new customer, how much will I be charged?
Currently we charge an installation cost of Ksh 5,300. This amount is inclusive of first month 5 Mbps subscription, a new Router(client's property) and installation cost. Wireless CPE receiver is Company's property. Payments should be made via M-PESA Buy Goods Till Number 5620665

How do I pay for the service?
To pay:
1. On the M-PESA Menu Go to "Lipa Na M-PESA"
2. Select Buy Goods and Services
3. Enter the Till Number 5620665
4. Enter the amount
5. Enter your M-PESA PIN. Confirm that all details are correct and press OK. -
How long will it take before internet is installed in my premise?
Service installation will start immediately after a site survey with the intention to complete installation within the shortest time possible. 48 hrs. max unless communicated otherwise
